72 or more hours before your booking: Full refund, no charge. Between 24-72 hours before: 25% cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours before: 50% cancellation fee. No-shows: Full charge applies.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session time begins regardless. Overtime is charged at £30/hour or pro-rated for partial hours.
Please treat the studio with care. No smoking inside. No drinks near equipment or fabric furniture. Clean up after yourself. Furniture and props must not be moved outside the studio without permission.
You own all content you create. We may ask if we can use photos of the space (without identifying your content) for our social media and marketing. You can always decline.
Users are responsible for their own equipment and any damage caused by their use of the studio. We recommend checking your own insurance for coverage. Thirty Seven Spaces is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to your personal items.
Monthly packages require a 3-month minimum commitment. Hours do not roll over month to month. Cancellation must be given in writing with at least 30 days' notice for the final month.
Once you receive your booking confirmation, you're all set. You'll get the studio address, parking details, and access instructions.
